Streamlining the Concept of Physical Store Digitization by connecting Mexican Retail Stores & AI-Driven Irish Solution

 

Kiosko and Intouch.com are pleased to announce they have entered into a strategic partnership, combining Kiosko’s industry-leading retail services with Intouch.com’s world-class media network solution and Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH) retail services.

With technology, led by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, serving an increasingly important role in all aspects of business, retailers see the need to speed the development of digital solutions in order to stay competitive. The Kiosko-Intouch collaboration brings together extensive expertise in business and technology strategy, product development and deployment, and organizational change management to help support retailers and brands through successful digital transformations and create profitable personalized IN-STORE shopping experiences. 

Intouch.com, the Dublin-based retail technology company, is experiencing significant traction in the Mexican market. Their solution which enables retailers to offer personalized product recommendations to shoppers inside physical retail stores is now being used by a number of leading convenience store retailers throughout the country. Intouch.com expects Mexico to be its number 1 export market by the end of 2022 as it is currently closing a number of deals in the country and plans to open a Mexican office within the next 12 months.

With a total of 600 convenience stores throughout Mexico, Kiosko is considered one of the most progressive retailers in the country. They have been working with Intouch.com for over a year, and today, they have signed a new multi-year contract, with Intouch supplying their solution to many of their stores, allowing them to drive a greater business impact for their customers.

Kiosko and Intouch.com have teamed up to produce reliable innovations that will propel the retail industry forward and provide new experiences for both customers and CPG brands. Both businesses will work closely to harness the power of data and genuinely connect with customers to deliver highly engaging and profitable in-store experiences. Through intelligent targeting, they will leverage data to identify the best opportunities and promote the right product to the right person at the right time, measure impact, then learn and repeat. With digital signages used inside the store, the need for prints will be minimized which will help Kiosko to reduce their paper usage, leading to contributing to saving more trees for a better environment.
